It includes carabiner for easy attachment to belt, purse, etc. This water bottle is great for my horse crazy daughter to take to school. I got one of each different scene for both my daughters. It's large enough to last her the whole day without being filled to the brim and she LOVES the horses on the bottle - beautiful!! The one thing I would have preferred with this is a top that you don't have to screw off to drink out of the bottle - I would have much preferred the option to have the type with the pull up spout to drink from; but my daughter still loves this despite not having the spout!
